Founded in 1993 by Brian Philip, who had previously headed General Accident's Residential Lettings in Scotland, The Letting Service has sound experience of the property market and offers expert advice and services to both landlords and potential tenants.
For landlords, services include all they need to know on the benefits and realities of letting out their property, be it their principal home or an investment property.
For tenants, the company can offer a wide range of properties to let at any given time; from one-bedroom properties at £400 per month to Executive houses at £3000+ per month.
