Guidance notes:
NB: every applicant is required to fill out an application form. Deposit for a furnished property is 1.5 months rent (1 month if unfurnished)
First month's rent is payable in advance. Successful applicants will be charged an agency fee of £75 + vat (£100 + vat for groups of 3 or more) to cover the cost of credit and reference checking.£400 holding deposit secures a flat for up to 4 weeks. This sum will be deducted from the balance due on entry. Unfortunately, this sum is non refundable should you back out. If you are about to start a new job we may also require you to provide a guarantor who must fill out a guarantor form.
