NB: every applicant is required to fill out an application form.
Deposit for a furnished property is 1.5 months rent (1 month if unfurnished). The deposit is paid immediately and secures a flat for up to 4 weeks. This sum will be deducted from the balance due on entry. Unfortunately, this sum is non refundable should you back out. First month's rent is payable in advance. Successful applicants will be charged an agency fee of £75 + vat (£100 + vat for groups of 3 or more) to cover the cost of credit and reference checking.All student applicants are required to provide a guarantor who must complete a guarantor form. We will also need to verify your student status. A photocopy of a letter from your college/university confirming course details and attendance over the next year is sufficient.
